Full course description
This course teaches Mental Well-being principles with essential skills and information to navigate the stress and emotional challenges associated with college life. GEDit College online course will help learners practice self-care strategies, recognize when they or their peers are in distress, and take action to find professional support. GEDit College students will learn how to self-reflect, Self-manage, and self-caring strategies. They will learn to know the signs of being stressed in themselves and peers for a positive response to crisis situations. GEDit.education goal for students is to dismiss the negative stigma associated with mental health and well-being using online and community resources.
